Carisa Ingersoll, RDN

Carisa has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (awarded through CDR) since 2015. Originally from New York, but growing up mostly in Richmond, she attended James Madison University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics in 2014 (Go Dukes!).

Afterwards, she completed her Dietetic Internship at VCU Medical Center. She has experience working with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She enjoys working as a team with her patients & helping them utilize nutrition to feel their best. Carisa enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time outdoors with her 2 dogs Chewy & Kona.
