Nourish2FlourishRVA is a private nutrition practice in Central Virginia.  We see clients in person at our Midlothian location or virtually via a HIPPA compliant platform.  We are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists in the greater Richmond area providing compassionate, patient-centered nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to clients with a variety of health conditions. Our specialties include eating disorders, diabetes, PCOS and women health, and intuitive eating.  

We utilize a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, instead teaching our clients how to have a healthy relationship with food and body while being in alignment with any chronic health conditions.

Our providers are in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Optima, United Health Care, and Medicare.  Please note that Rachel Marsiglio is an out of network provider with Anthem BCBS.  Please verify with your insurance prior to your appointment. 

Our History & Mission

Nourish2FlourishRVA was started in 2015 by Rachel Marsiglio, under the original name The Nutrition Coach.  Nourish2FlourishRVAs mission is to provide non judgmental, compassionate nutrition counseling using evidenced based principles, individualized assessments, and collaborative care to improve clientele relationship with food and body, while being in alignment with any medical conditions.  We strive to help all individuals, regardless of financial abundance or hardship. We are all inclusive.    Each client is treated with the upmost respect and kindness. We understand this can be an emotional and difficult process; its not always about food, but so much more. We are here for your journey; whether that short time to learn what to eat with a new medical diagnosis or a long journey to heal your relationship with food.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN

Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Location: West End/Henrico County

Position Type: Full-time (32-40 hours/weekly)

Compensation: $30-$45/hourly

 

Nourish2FlourishRVA is a private dietitian practice seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to see clients at our new location in the West End/Henrico County. We’re dedicated to finding the BEST OF THE BEST who we can invest in as our business grows. 

 

Position Summary:

  • Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling.

  • Maintain thorough, accurate and timely documentation of client care. All client documentation and billing must be completed by the end of the business day that the client is seen.

  • Coordinate care with other providers, including written progress notes, HIPAA-compliant electronic communication, and verbal communication when appropriate.

  • Demonstrate high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, practicing confidentiality regarding clients and our practice. This includes abiding by scope of practice, using evidence-based therapies, and adherence to HIPAA and insurance guidelines.

  • Weekly supervision and case consultation to review cases with a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

Currently, we are still looking for the ideal office space to accommodate our clients in the Richmond area. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to see some clients virtually, as we have clients all over the state of Virginia!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

  • Meet state licensure guidelines

  • Must have a working knowledge or willingness to learn and practice counseling approaches including motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES)

  • Experience working with diabetes. However, we are willing to train an entry-level person with professional development in this realm!

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills

DIABETES DIETITIAN

Job Title: Diabetes Dietitian

Location: Franklin,VA/Greater Richmond

Position Type: Full-time (32-40 hours/weekly)

Compensation: $30-$45/hourly

This individual will serve our clinic in Franklin, VA; although, if presented with the right candidate, it could be a hybrid role with two or three days a week at a location in the greater Richmond area. We’re dedicated to finding the BEST OF THE BEST who we can invest in as our business grows. 


Position Summary:

Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling.
